PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA), has the potential to penetrate the level of Rp 2000, over news that the company was negotiating with foreign investors. Blue Sphere Singapore Pte Ltd as a shareholder with 92.66% stake in DVLA, reportedly going to release some of the stock in the company to overseas investors. The Company also plan to go for a stock split of 1:2. DVLA is currently trading at 8x PER and PBV 1.4 . In Friday trading (25/6) DVLA closed stagnant at the level of Rp 1.610 with total transactions of Rp 295.58 million.
